Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Redstone Thistle Construction Partners is a Miami contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
