Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Meadow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Miami. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Miami. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
