Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing is a Miami manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
