Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Fox Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
