Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Nova Maple Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Miami region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
