Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Iron Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
