Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Madison. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
