Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Loom Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Madison area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
