Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Madison, WI)

Lumen Maple Press Associates is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Madison. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
