Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Madison, WI)

Lumen Juniper Foods is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Madison. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP system.
