Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Madison, WI)

Lumen Junction Manufacturing Group is a Madison manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Madison. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
