Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Press is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
