Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Madison. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Madison. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
