Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Summit Construction is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
