Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Construction Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
