Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Louisville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
