Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
