Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Haven Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
