Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Juniper Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules.
