Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Summit Press produces print and digital publications in Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
