Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Corner Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
