Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Little Rock, AR)

Summit North Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections.
