Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Keystone Farms is an agricultural business based around Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
