Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Hospitality Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
