Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Las Vegas plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
