Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quill Health Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
