Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Thistle Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 452 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
