Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Keystone Freight is a Las Vegas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
