Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Farms Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
