Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Juniper Foods is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
