Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Basin Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
