Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Lantern Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
