Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Sparrow Health is a healthcare provider in Knoxville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
