Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Knoxville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
