Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
