Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Pine Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Knoxville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
