Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Ashton Civic Services Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
