Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Forge Facilities looks after properties across the Kansas City region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
