Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings builds commercial and industrial projects around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
