Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Farms Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
