Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Foxglove Group is an agricultural business based around Jacksonville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 424 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
