Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Basin Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Jacksonville plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls.
