Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ember Early Learning Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
