Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Fern Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
