Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Mill Farms is an agricultural business based around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
