Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Nest Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
