Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group is a Jacksonville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
