Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
