Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Housing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 882 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
