Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Drift Health Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
